oud festivals in the world
Dear friends of the oud out there,
I am planning the holidays of this and next year... Who of you knows of any oud festivals in the world that are worth visiting? From recordings/CD's I
know that there used to be one every year in Jerusalem, another one in Tetouan (Maroc), but I'm not sure if they are still existing in 2013, does
anybody know? I could not really find out in the internet.
Then I've got this wonderful 4 CD's box of the "Muscat Ud Festival" (Enja Records) from 2006, but I have no idea if this festival is held regularly as
well.
Any other oud festivals you know?

Is this possible? Nobody in the community has any informations about any (still existing) oud festival in the world? I can't believe...
