Can anyone direct me to a good commercial recording of this piece?.
Hopefully something I can download from itunes or similar.

There is a rendition of this sama'i on disc 2 of the double CD set by Al Kindi called Le Salon de Musique d'Alep/ The Allepian Music Room. It was
