yes he is an egyptian oudmaker called AL WAZIRI , he builds beautiful floating bridge ouds , and he makes great sound , working for brit el oud in
Cairo mostly

I own an Al Waziri oud, a fixed bridge one, with a nice mellow sound. the soundboard is a six part one, very thin and responsive...

that is a nice oud. very deep n soothing sound as well.it's rather small for a arabic oud? "or is my eyes playing tricks on me"lol
nice taqsim as well..

It' seems to be 60cm strings length, like mine. To my opinion, the bowl dimension is rather standart for a "modern" oud.
Are you in touch with Al Vazery?

just a curious question..for his floating bridge, is it the standard arabic tuning or a iraqi tuning? as for d fixed bridge, i assume it's CFADGC. any
ideas or advise?
