... but i d like rosettes designed to be removable !

Hello Sylvain,
that roses seem to be a simple material, plastic and probably are not sawn but casted.
For such a simple design I do need 2-3 hours ( big rose ) with my multicut sawing 3 roses at once, that means max 1 hour for one and less for the
small ones.
For more detailed designes I have a sours with a high frequency cutting mashine. I'am sure you will find a source with that near by your home.
About removable: cut out a bit so that you can put the rose inside into the finished instrument.
