My Band "Safra" - June 1, 2014 Performance in Berkeley, CA, USA
A shout-out to all San Francisco Bay Area Udis:
My new band, "Safra" will performing this Sunday, June 1, 2014, 3:00-5:00 PM at Mo'Joe Cafe in Berkeley. This is a no cover charge event: Just come
and order a sandwich and/or coffee and sit down to hear us.
We will be lead vocalist, oud, and 2 ME percussion.
Rashid, the owner of Mo'Joe, is Moroccan, and in his honor we will feature our North African material. (But, as usual, our repertoire spans Morocco to
Iraq, Turkey to Yemen!)
