Strange modulation, any ideas?

I have been trying to figure out what the modulations are in the third khana of Hasan Ferid Alnar's Bashraf (Pesrev) Segah.

There seems to be a modulation to Awjara (Evcara) on Segah (?).
The next part is very strange though...
Also any recordings of this piece would be good to hear.
