Maqam Ear Training now available

Attending the Arabic Music Retreat was a great experience for me this year. I really focused on the methods in which the faculty taught their arts.

I've created some ear training material based on the method Simon Shaheen teaches at the retreat.

This is amazing stuff, and I don't know if you can find this kind of training anywhere on the web.

The method he used really uses a good strong repetition and uses your voice to really develop your ear.

After going through this training I'm sure you will walk away with the fundamental basics of melodic development in the maqam being played.
