Shehata Oud, please appraise
Hello,
I received as a gift a Shehata Oud that has Al Assel sticker (1994). I was wondering what type of wood it is, and how much do you think who bought it
for me paid for it?

hi susalman...i think that is a 2004 oud. it's made of padauk and has a spruce soundboard. My very first Shehata oud looked very similar to that one.

You are right, I was mistaken it is a 2004.
Thank you, I really love this Oud, sounds great and is very playable.
What do you think its value is?
