There are no bids other than the opening bid and it ends in a few minutes with no reserve. The seller also seems to have good feedback.
At that sort of money you couldn't go to far wrong, I guess.
It looks okay, but who knows?????

Oud from Egypt
These ouds are standard mass production. I know them. You will have to immediately change the strings for starters (there are only 9 of them if I'm
not mistaken and the quality is terrible). Don't be surprised if the bridge comes off after a while, it's fast glue work.
No doubt they look good (you'll probably have to use a bit of sand paper to clean up the rosette work). The face is usually varnished (which may not
be what you want).
Maged is a nice person for sure, but if things go wrong, you might be on your own (you would have paid $ 100 shipping and you will be looking now to
get a refund from Aramex (not Fed Ex or DHL). It's bad enough trying to get compensated for damages from Fed Ex (trust me, I'm in the process right
now and it's a joke).
So as long as you know all that, you can make your decision.
Good luck
Spyros C.
