A novice enquiry

I am planning on picking up an oud and starting my journey with this beautiful instrument,
If anyone would be kind enough to advise if the below is a legitimate website for Zeryab ouds - I absolutely love the way they sound, Syrian and Iraqi

I am in contact with them, and have been given the option between two ouds in particular - one with a floating bridge and the other fixed, both right
in my budget for this investment, I've read a post here on the differences, still not very clear to me but I think I'll just wing it with either as I
am a total novice,
Also would anyone know makers whose Ouds would be in the $550 range?
