Chaldo, I'm not sure if it's another song or not, but as far as I know... Abdel Halim is the one that sings El Massih.

Is that the one you were looking for?

Actually no, that one (Abdel Halim - el massih) I got it from one person called RomanySaad (owns 7alim.com) that had it on cassete.

I requested it from him because my brother remembered that one day he had a cassette recorded on it a song called "el massih". that was like 5-6 years ago.

But yesterday, a friend of mine claimed to have a song also called "el massih", but this time sang BY THE VIRTUOSO OUD player & composer FARID EL ATRACHE, but the recording is really bad. He sais that Farid sang it in a private party or so...

So here we are... hope someone heard about it.

Old thread, I know, but I've been hunting for the same recording and finally found it. The quality is aweful; it was the same way on the tape I heard it from many years ago, and the performance isn't all that spectacular, but it's still worth a listen.
