Kurschner strings in Turkey

Hi,
I had few Kurschner strings sets with a Oud I bought in Turkey few years ago.
From what I understand, Kurschner sells two types of quality strings. The good quality strings that are sold on the internet (especially on Kurschner's website), and the strings reserved for the Turkish market, which are the ones I had with my oud, they are reputed to be of a little less good quality. After several years of use, I find these strings excellent, and I think it's a shame that you can't buy them on the internet on the official Kurschner website. Do you know of any Turkish websites that sell these Kurschner strings?
Concerning the tension calculation, things are quite mysterious, the Kurschner nomenclature (e.g. VN5195) is not used in Turkey. Kurschner puts a note from 8 to 10 to express the tension of each string of the oud, but I do not know more. Do you know more? It would be interesting to be able to calculate the tension in kg with this nomenclature from 8 to 10.

best.
