Turksih Makam Guide, mp3 files ?

Hi,
I had the "Turkish Makam Guide" written by Murat Aydemir 10 years ago with the 2 CDs, but unfortunately my old CD player is now out of order.
Did anyone convert the 2 CDs into MP3 ?
