Cumbus Setup Help!

Hi all,

I just acquired a cumbus but am struggling to get it up and running.

I've put on a fresh set of strings but the tension feels weirdly loose, I also have no clue how to set the tension of the skin head/rim.

I've adjusted the action to where I like it but that's it.

How do I get this thing playable??
