Taksim of Yurdal Tokcan

Hello oud fans,

I'm a new member on this forum.

At first i will short introduce myself:
I'm living in Germany but origin I'm from Turkey.
I play the oud for four years.

For interests:
On the personal page of Yurdal Tokcan you can find a video of him performing a taksim http://www.yurdaltokcan.com/
You just have to go to the 'videolar' section.

That was very nice of you to share it with us, and the oud player was great .That was on Kanali TV Turkish ,I have Turkish chanells I should check in to it . Many thanks again .Samir,California

Hello Samir,

when you have turkish channel and like classic turkish music then check the turkish channel TV5 on Wednesday 21:30 and Sunday 16:00 (turkish time). There is a program called "Yine bir Gülnihal". Here you can see and listen to good music. Some of the artists there are well known like Yurdal Tokcan on the oud and Göksel Baktagir on the kanun.
