"Sufi Soul"
I know this won't be of much interest to the overwhelming majority of members, but Channel 4 here in the UK are broadcasting a documentary on Sunday
night called "Sufi Soul", an exploration of the importance of music in the Sufi tradition and the forms that music has taken in different parts of the
Islamic world. I'm sure Qawalli will feature prominently, if only because Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan became virtually a household name towards the end of
his life, but I'm hoping that the oud will be well represented. I'll let you know.

I wish I could still live in England, in Italy they will never show such interesting matters ont the TV.oh right, we have the worst television in the
world... Anyway I'm really interested in Sufism, I hope to find tracks of that documentary on the internet.
