Muhammad Abdel Wahab
Hi everyone,
I am wondering if anyone out there knows of where I can get my hands on some of Muhammad Abdel Wahab's beautiful music (besides the amazing Simon
Shaheen album)...I love the master's music but mostly I have compilations and downloads...any ideas? Thanks!

Hello Amos,
I usually shop for his work on eBay. These are mostly CDs, and also a few downloads, but there are usually a few LPs as well in case you like those,
as I do. Here is the eBay search I use; it's simply 'Abdel Wahab' in case the listing party didn't include the entire name, which sometimes happens, so
you'll see an occasional name other than Mohamad in the list. Right now I see 9 auctions and 15 'buy-it-now' listings (remember to scroll down for the
buy-it-nows). There isn't a lot of oud on there this evening. It fluxuates, though; sometimes you can find things that you can hardly find anywhere
else. Otherwise, there's always Maqam.com.
May the music never end,
Don
