Dear Mr. David,
I do respect your opinion, but let me ask you Mr. David if you know the difference between a real Mohammed Fathel made fully by him or a copy or even
a Mohammed Fathel oud made in his workshop under his name but not his full work!!
Just for the records a full Mohammed Fathel work are rarely found after the year 1977 as his son Fayeq and others like Omar and Faleh used to work
with him, and when I say work with him I mean that Master Mohammed Fathel will do the back of the oud and one of his sons will close the top and other
will do the finishing or vice versa.
Now, I do conceder an expert here in my region to evaluate and examine a real Mohammed Fathel from a copy. If any one is looking for a full work of
Mohammed Fathel then you have to look for late 70's and beyond.
Still I do respect you opinion.

also i think your in Europ!! and i am in Kuwait which is 100 kilo from Iraq i think in my 17 year of experince in that filed adding to it that i saw
hundreds of Mohammed Fadhle oud consedering the distance between kuwait and Iraq .. i think i can tell a fake from a real one MADE BY HIS WORKSHOP
Still with total respect to your opinion no Rational behind it
