a trip to Belmont...


hi everyone,
just wanted to post this cool pic of me with master luthier Peter Kyvelos at his shop, Unique Strings in Belmont, MA. i was there today and happened to bring my camera. i also got to play an amazing 1971 Karibyan...soft as silk!

Hi Amos,
I haven't been to Peter's shop for a very long time, can see he looks the same. I was in Watertown on business yesterday, a couple of blocks from his shop. Now that I'll be working out of the ERA realestate office at the corner of Mt. Auburn and Belmont streets in Watertown I'll be able to visit him soon.

See that first one hanging up there on the right?--that one is mine. I wish that meant I was next in line, but I have my doubts. I am glad to see it again.
Are those his moulds? Do you know what they were made of? They remind of the moulds that Turunz uses.
