Can anyone identify this song?

I am very new to Turkish music. I discovered it while listening to an online radio station. I really liked the sound of one of the songs I heard, but the station owner couldn't identify the artist. I recorded a clip of the song. The link is below:

Can anyone identify the artist and song? I understand that the music is somewhat typical of Turkish music, but I am intriguted by this particular song because the rhythmic structure baffles me (if anyone can point me to something to read about the rhythmic structure of music like this, I would really appreciate it) and because I really like the fuller instrumentation (bass and drum) that is sometimes missing from other similar songs I've heard.

Due to some very kind recommendations, I've been able to discover some music that is similar to this song. I really like what I hear of Cengiz Ozkan and Neset Ertas. I also discovered Ali Jihad Racy, whose music seems to be quite different from the other artist I mentioned, but I really like the melodic aspects of it.

Does anyone have any particular recommendations for where to purchase recordings? I imagine I will have to buy online, since I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, but we do have some of the larger, more typical stores that carry world music (Borders, Barnes and Noble).

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Is this the wrong place to ask this? This is an oud forum, and if I understand correctly, the instruments in the recording are baglamas. However, a friend recommended that I try this forum.

Does anyone have any recommendations of similar music and where to buy it?

I don't know the name of the song but the singer might be Arif Sag.
As far as purchasing music, have you checked the international section at Borders? They usually carry classical music but sometimes have folk music, sort of like "the best of..." volumes.
Try tolumba.com for turkish folk music. I like Arif Sag, Erdal Erzincan, Ruhi Su (opera singer, turned folk musician), Selda Bagcan, Erol Parlak (one of the best contemporary baglama players) etc, and groups like Kizilirmak.

It's tulumba.com
Reasonable and, in my experience, very reliable.
I know this probably does not belong here, but I wonder if anybody saw the video for Fasil, a Turkish beverage. Somebody emailed it to me--a very, very cool video. If anybody wants it, I can email it to them. Pretty much revolves around 4 musicians playing Turkish music--clarinet, keman, kanun, and dumbeg. No oud, but it really is a cool video. Kind of puts that whole Brittany Spears for Pepsi type of thing to shame. Shows you that an ad for something like a soft drink can really be pretty good.
