Advice on buying an Oud
I'm a guitar player with over 35 years experience. I've been planning to buy an Oud for ages, and am finally getting around to it. However, It's not
clear exactly what would be a good instrument to buy, and I've been told that it's impossible to buy anything decent here in the UK anyway. The
following site: http://www.mauriceouds.com/english/index.asp, has been recommended, but there are lots of options available, i.e. neck length.
As a beginner, but hopefully someone who will learn quickly, can anyone advise me on the right kind of instrument to buy?
Paul
