Dear friend Jameel,the body is made of wenge and padouk,the fingerboard and the pegs red pallisander,the soundboard is made of aged German spruce,and the rosettes made of horn.....
The oudmaker is Dimitris.....

Great photos Spyros. The oud looks beautiful. I love that dark wood and red combination. A lovely instrument my friend.

I must agree. The oud looks beautiful, and the playing is outstanding on it. I love the alternating colors in the back. Dimitris did a fine job. Does the face have a thin coat to protect it, or is it totally unfinished?
