Order Process for Shehata Ouds?

Can someone who has ordered a Shehata oud advise what is the best method to submit an order?

I tried using the order form on the http://www.mauriceouds.com/english/index.asp website, but it does not seem to work.

It looks like several people on the Oud forum have ordered Shehata ouds. How did they do it exactly?

What is the typical delivery time for a custom Shehata Oud? And what payment method was used?
