Hi,
Does GarageBand (MAC) support quarter tone?
if not what good software for quarter tone

no, it does not. but the good news is you can probably find somthing, somwhere in garageband like a transpose key command, or a fine tuning command-
if your ear is good you will be able to adjust the key to the quarter notes/tones your looking for. maybe if you look on ebay UK you might find an
arabic-pop producing software that can support those notes with ease, maybe even the US ebay, I dont really know... good luck, hope I can help.
