tuning
hi mike, i tune my oud like you CGADGC, and open stringed my oud will sound like yours(like in ur plucking video), but when i try to follow your other
instructional videos, when i use my fingers my oud and urs sound really off, to get the same note as you, i might be all the way down the neck but in
your video you might be in the middle. I dont understand, if we have the same sound when open stringed, then why not when using my fingers with ur
videos, is it the length of our oud necks, they must be different then right? Another thing, does pluck different (lower) strings while playing (to
make a background bass effect) have a rule to it or just keep trying til the sound matches?
