First mp3 for me

hi,
here is my first improvisation in this forum,
not a "traditional" taksim, but a total improvisation,
it was hard to have only 1 Mo for the mp3 so I've cut it in the middle...
I hope you'll enjoy it

Very very nice.
Please, post the long version.
I saw the name of the file is 'tkscourt' !!!

There is a definition of the word improvisation that i like.
Improvisation is instantaneous composition.

I find your taqsim is a very good illustration of that definition.

Bravo.

Thank you ! I'm happy you like it...

So, for billinpitt : My tuning is from bass to trebble B F# B E A D (I always play like this, with my arabic oud it is D A D G C F). This oud is an oud made by Mustafa Copcuoglu in Istanbul 3 years ago. The mic is an AT 4033 I use with MBox and protools.

I'll try to compress more the mp3 file to post the full version when I'll be back home.

Thanks for all, I was stressed of posting it...

Beautiful. Very clean. Also the production of the actual recording is very sharp. I like the reverb.
