Hi Sammy,
It is a midi file, I guess that with a proper midi editor you can extract the part of the music sheet you want, I am not expert in this but there is a lot of midi editors around,

I am also attaching a Sibelius scorch file so you can read and play the score inside your internet browser after downloading a plugin from this link:

Then you should unzip the attached file, the result is composed of two files one is *.sib the other is *.htm, these 2 files should be kept always in the same folder, if the plugin is well istalled you sould be able to view and play and even print the score from within explorer or firefox.
