Abdo Dagher

Does anyone have any information on Abdo Dagher ouds? I'm trying to educate myself about the builders and ouds in general, and he gets mentioned in the same breath as some of the most respected builders. Any info at all would be appreciated.

I was told that Abdo Dagher doesen't build ouds, but he carefully selects fine ouds and then puts his endorsement on them.

Hi Roy,

I am not sure if you've seen this, but Mike has posted clips from a documentary called "Al Oud". In it, there is Abdo Dagher playing the violin, and it looks like he's also the one buying the oud from a maker in one of the clips.

By the way, Adel Salameh has an Abdo Dagher oud, you may want to contact him
