It looks to me like a Gamil Georges (most likely from the 1950s or 1960s).

Hmmm... this oud looks Syrian to me. It has all the earmarks of a Syrian or at most a Lebanese oud. The circle with the diamonds around the main
rosette, the pattern on the fingerboard, the birds in the small rosettes.
These are not usual on an Egyptian oud, much less on a Gamil Georges.
My opinion anyway.
