what are levels?

I was looking up a word on the Mo'jam at lexicons.sakhr.com. The word I was looking for was "Nawa". One of the descriptions had it as "a composition made in the fifth level".

Any idea what that is? And does this has something to do with, for example, the name of "Nawa Athar"?
