My oud from çankaya

I found back a few pictures of my oud made by Saadettin Sandi.
I bought it in Istanbul in July 2005.
I very happy with it.
My Iraqian teacher says it is a very good oud.

Length is 58.5 cm.
I don't have any sound file. I only have the microphone of my laptop and the sound is very very bad.

Do you tune Turkish or Arabic ?

i use turkish tuning of E - A - B - E - A - D and i recommend that u use turkish tuning as well cos turkish oud are design to handle turkish tuning so if u use arabic tuning on turkish oud u can not get the best sound out of your oud.

turkish and arabic ouds have two wayyy different constructional designs
