Strange oud on eBay
Anyone saw or heard that kind of 'oud'.
Very far from the Golden Mean isn't it ?

Strange indeed, but it reminds me of the backpacker guitar ( believe that is the name) that came out as a portable and easy to carry/travel guitar for
practice and /or !@#!$#.

I agree with Andy,it might be a "light" oud.
It is nice to have a small low volume (in both meanings) for hotel rooms and late nights playing, I was thinking of getting the compact Tasos
Theodorakis practice model, it is smartly done and can fit in a bag.
