It is a record from a great turkish ud player called Cinucen Tanrikorur.
You can find other recordings from him on a forum like " zaman al wasl ", or by searching other web sites.
There is also one album but no longer available in France.
By the way, on his album it is not the same choice of piece, he is playing in it Ilahis and Ayni.
