Has anyone heard of the egyptian builder Ibrahim Allah?

I have a chance to buy an oud at a good price that the seller says was built by Ibrahim Allah from egypt, who he claimed is a very good builder. Has anyone heard of him? The oud looks like this:

This would be a great oud to buy if you have an empty wall that needs decoration :D
Seriously, it doesn't look like a good instrument . . . not sure what a "good" price is, but I'm sure you can find a better oud at a reasonable price.
