Farido question

I see that some people can play Farid's taqaseems (U-TUBE, etc.). Does anybody know how they do that? Do they memorize the taqseem, or sheet music is available for these taqaseems.

Also, I can't find any sheet music for Farid anywhere on the internet. Can anybody share if in possession? My favorite song is Eish Enta.
