I have an oud that has been in my family for some time. Can anyone tell me who constructed it and when

It is 100% Syrian (it also says so on the label) and I think the man's name is:
Michel (Michael) Masabni (I believe but maybe I missed the writing)

That is correct, the maker is Michel Masabni and the location is indicated as "Sham Saroujeh Market". The year is hand written in the 3rd picture and
is 1925.
