Arabic Translator Needed/Fadel Oud?

From top to bottom, it reads as follows

Number 6157 in the year 1998 and and this certificate was given
by the company of Mohammad Fadel Hussein & Sons on 1/8/1998.

Yes the oud is genuine and on the first picture you can see the bent soundboard which is a typical feature for the Bashir model by Fadel. Also
soundboard wood and design are typical for Fadel. The bowl is not made of Indian rosewood like most earlier Bashir models but the date on this oud
confirms a difficult time.

So, just so I'm 100% certain, it was made by THE Muhammad Fadel and not by one of his sons?
Also, can anybody tell me what types of wood the oud is made of?

You cannot be 100% sure since Fadel was an elderly man and his sons were always working with him. I don’t see that of any importance at all whether
the oud is made only by Fadel himself or with assistance. The wood is probably walnut and the light wood platanus so called plane tree.
