looking for: classical arabic singing teacher in Montreal area

Hey everyone,
A friend of mine asked me about classical arabic singing teachers in the greater Montreal area. Can any of you recommend singers who would be willing to teach... my friend is a very serious student studying vocal performance full time and is expecting to pay the standard rates.
