I am forwarding the following conversation in the hopes that his issue will be resolved: Yesterday, I wrote Palmyrami to ask where was the O'ud for
which my partner had sent a money order - I received a reply that they had not received the money order - my partner called the bank today and
discovered that the money order had been cashed on 10/16.

My guess is that it depends on the cook you are deeling with!
Maybe that is why people have different experience with the seller!

Good news, the check was found and its being cleared as well.
We are so sorry about this again but there was two reasons for this delay.
First one that the check went to the wrong building 414 East Husdon not 313, the storage we deal with is a whole bulk and there are too many
people there.
Second reason, cause of the scams ! the storage put the check in the bank and make sure its clear before they Notify the clients,
We have had a lot of stories lately of buyers send false checks.
Again please accpet our apologies and I will do whatever it takes to make up for the delay and the stress.
I will ship your item first thing in the morning.

I'd sure like to hear the best news that I expect any day: that you got a well-packed Sukar in its duck, and that it's a beauty. Please post photos, I
can't wait to see it.
And a sound file even before you change the strings ;-)
Also if you have a micrometer can you please post the gauges of the factory (copper-colored?) strings, like whether they consistently ship with a low
C at a nice fat 0.051"? I sure wish other oud string sets came with a 0.051" !
Don't forget you can drop the action by gently tightening the butterfly nut inside, if you like it lower.

was it packed? How do you like it? Photos? Sound File?
