Help translating oud label?

I was hoping someone here could translate the legible text on the oud label.
I've not seen it before.

I'm still learning, but here's my attempt at the first two lines (it gets hard to make out and part is torn anyway after that):

??????? : ????? ???

al-nejareh wafan al-'asrai
lesahebeha : al-'lem hanan

Admins! Why can't we type Arabic letters on an oud forum?

I can't type the two dots on top of the heh or the two dots under the yeh because the keyboard layout I use for it is Farsi, not Arabic.

I don't speak Arabic, but according to google translate, this means:

Carpentry and modern art
To its owner: Knowledge is tenderness

So... I guess it's not a name, which may provide limited clues as to origin.
