Hey guys,
I just got my Oud about a month ago, I'm doing ok up to now, my teacher is leaving the city in about 2 weeks which is when i'll be screwed. hehe non
the less here is my pic, and my crappy oud.  if anyone is willing to help me
out send me a U2U we can talk on msn.. i know the basics. Im also very desperate to learn to read nottations.

I was very lucky, because of the few Arabic songs I can play, this one was her favorite. She is singing "Sawwah" and was lost in the song. She is a
very sweet girl with a load of talent and knock your socks off looks as well. It was a trip for a lifetime and filled with unforgettable events. I
recommend visiting any Mid-East country and you'll find the people the friendliest in the world, especially when they find out you can play oud! I

man samir, that is one big keyboard! I've never seen a keyboad that big before. Oh btw, I notice the very fine oud collection there in the
background. I would be scared to death leaving ouds like that so high off the ground and so exposed. Where are the cases man?

This is a good idea! It's strange to see the faces of all of you guys...I' m quite new in this forum and I love it, expecially when it solves my
problems on the oud. I'm italian, from Rome, in love with arabic music and arabic culture. I play the guitar since I was a kid and now I'm trying to
learn the oud by myself, unless I can find a teacher in my area, but it's hard. I've got two ouds: the first I bought comes from Lebanon, it should be
made by George Mukhail Baytar;the second one I bought in Tunisia and it comes from Ibrahim Sukar...well, I love it! I'm attaching a picture of when I
bought it in a shop in Sousse.
