This oud was commissioned by Mike, the owner of these forums and made by Jameel Abraham, a highly respected luthier and member of these forums.

I think Francis may be confusing Jameel's site with the ouds Palmyra carry of similar name. Is Oud commissioning one from Jameel?

Hello Oud and welcome to the forum. I don't know if the oud you are referring to is for sale, but Jonathan is selling an oud that was made by the same

may be my poor english failt.....impossible for me to compare or confused Jameel's art and Palmyra business....
I just wanted to say that I am surprised with the term "need" associated with this marvellous oud which is Mike'soud....
Better written like this?

Check in the "buy & sell" threads, you'll see here many forms of oud. You can also have a look to the "oud oud oud" . A lot of threads are called
"my new oud"and give the opportunity to discover different instruments.
The FAQ thread will also gives you a lot of informations....
